We are pleased to announce the introduction of the Brown Bear Wine Club and customer loyalty initiative. The purpose of the initiative is to reward our customers with credit that can be used to purchase wine from our varied wine menu.

Once issued with a Brown Bear Wine Club card our customers can begin to earn credit every time a purchase of food or wine is made in the Bar or Restaurant.

For every €1 spent on wine or food 7.5% will be added to the card.

Terms & Conditions

• 1. Card credit can only be used on bottle(s) of wine
• 2. The Brown Bear can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme, including these terms and conditions, or any individual Brown Bear Loyalty Card account, at any time
• 3. Card holders must be 18 years or over
• 4. The Brown Bear is committed to protecting your privacy. We will always keep your personal information safe. We will only send you marketing material if you have agreed we can do so.
• 5. There must be enough credit on the card to cover the cost of the item and card credit cannot be used as part payment
• 6. Card credit can be used to purchase bottles of wine only (credit cannot be used to purchase glasses or carafes of wine)
• 7. Acceptance of the Brown Bear loyalty card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions
• 8. Credit can only be earned on one card at the time of purchase
• 9. Credit cannot be transferred between cards
• 10. Credtit can only be added to the card on bar and restaurant purchases and will not be applicable in conjunction with other promotions or with Brown Bear gift vouchers
